Designed to lower into the very bottom of boxes, the vertical box filler is built with your choice of a high-quality finger or deep-flight cleated belt to ensure the crop is cradled throughout the box filling process for the gentlest handling.

FULLY AUTOMATED VEGETABLE FILLING

Filling potato and vegetable boxes with Tong’s vertical fillers makes box filling seamless.

When and empty box is presented the filler automatically lowers deep into the box for filling to commence. As the box fills, the vertical lowerator raises with a microprocessor-controlled sensor. When the box is full, the elevator stops, allowing the full box to be replaced. This gentle process ensures that all crop is carefully placed into the box, avoiding any damage.
